Our elementary afterschool program serves children in grades 2nd through 5th. This program consists of daily homework help and a diverse selection of student interest-based clubs’ offerings. These clubs help students develop a variety of skill sets while also yielding to youth voice and choice. Examples of club selections include arts, coding, gardening, sports, cooking, animation, etc. We place heavy emphasis on incorporating financial literacy and service-learning education. Every student will participate in weekly financial literacy enrichment and quarterly community-based service-learning projects.

This program consists of daily homework help, student interest-based club enrichment, weekly financial literacy education, and community-based service-learning projects. This program integrates meaningful peer mentoring. Middle school students are matched with high school student mentors. Students participate in weekly mentorship sessions. Mentors are involved in day-to-day program functions that cultivate positive outcomes. Mentors assist with homework help, participating in service-learning projects, and enrichment clubs.
